LWL AT THE WROXHAM

Learning without Limits
The Wroxham School has a long-standing ethos based on the philosophy of Learning Without Limits (Hart et al. (2004) Learning without Limits); with the overriding principles of ‘Co-agency’, ‘Everybody’ and ‘Trust’.
Learning without Limits is what makes The Wroxham what it is. It is an integral part of our school and can be seen throughout our day-to-day school life, our curriculum and our #WroxhamCommunity
The drivers below are why we do what we do with our curriculum.

'Diversity involves the deliberate inclusion in a group or activity of people who are, for example, of different races, genders, and religions.'

'The active participation in the public life of a community in an informed, committed, and constructive manner, with a focus on the common good.'

Equity recognises that everyone has different circumstances and allocates the exact resources and opportunities needed to reach an equal outcome.
Vision and Values - our Drivers
Our aim is to foster in our children a love for learning, by helping them to take a creative and curious approach to all areas of the curriculum. We encourage all of our pupils to develop a growth mindset approach in order for them to actively thrive on the challenges they will face in school and in the future. We acknowledge all of our pupils as valued individuals, who have the potential to surprise us each day.
